At CES 2025 in Las Vegas, the Roborock F25 Series of floor cleaners was unveiled with a range of options and thoughtful improvements. These refinements, grounded in Roborock's latest innovations, aim to tackle everyday cleaning challenges with a fresh perspective. In this article we are looking at the range of differences in this lineup so that you can easily decide which model is best suited for your home. Improvements Made to the F25 Series There have been numerous improvements made to the Roborock F25 Series that increase its performance over the Flexi Lite and the Flexi Pro models. These include: More suction: 20,000 Pa for the F25, compared to 17,000 Pa for the Flexi Pro and Flexi Lite. Longer battery life: The F25’s battery lasts 60 minutes in Eco Mode for most F25 models, compared to 50 minutes for the Flexi Pro and 40 minutes for the Flexi Lite (Note: Entry-level F25 RT has 40-minute battery life). Larger tank capacities: The dirty water tank in the F25 Series has 720 ml vs 450 ml for the Flexi Pro; The F25’s clean water tank is either 870 ml or 740 ml, compared to 730 ml for the Flexi Pro (the Flexi Lite has even smaller tanks for both). Lighter weight: The F25 weighs between 8.8 lb. and 10.36 lb. (4.0-4.7 kg), depending on the model. The Flexi Pro weighs in at a slightly heavier 11.03 lb. Highlights of the Various Models in the Roborock F25 Series Let’s take a look at the wide range of F25 models, starting with the top F25 model with the largest number of high-tech features and progressing through the more affordable and budget-friendly F25 models: Roborock F25 ACE The Roborock F25 ACE is the top of the F25 line. It is the only F25 model that can use the Roborock F25 phone app, which lets you control a wide variety of the F25 ACE’s functions. The app gives you precise control over the device’s detergent usage, suction force, water level and roller speed. You can specify the amount of assist from the ACE’s SlideTech 2.0 Smart Active Drive Wheels, and you can even control the F25 ACE remotely from the phone app. When it’s time to automatically clean your F25 ACE, you can choose from several self-cleaning modes and water temperature settings. As the name implies, the F25 Combo Series pairs two different F25 floor cleaners with a stick vacuum cleaning system. Both of these Roborock F25 Combos provide consumers with a multi-purpose 5-in-1 cleaning solution. Roborock F25 ACE Combo As the name suggests, the top-of-the-line Roborock F25 ACE floor cleaner is at the heart of this combo. The F25 ACE offers you everything that it is possible to get on an F25, including the full control over its functions that is provided by the Roborock F25 phone app. This level of phone app control extends to the Roborock F25 ACE’s self-cleaning modes, as well as to its operational parameters such as suction force, roller speed, detergent usage, water level, and the amount of power assist provided by the F25 ACE’s SlideTech 2.0 Smart Active Drive Wheels. The Roborock F25 phone app also allows for firmware updates to your F25 ACE. The Roborock F25 ACE floor cleaner also comes with an Auto Detergent Dispenser for up to 30 days of cleaning between refills, DirTectTM Smart Sensor, and Proactive Self-Washing. Roborock F25 ACE Combo Stick Vacuum The Roborock stick vacuum that comes with the Roborock F25 ACE Combo has green light illumination to help you see what you are cleaning. It also features 9-Cone Cyclonic Technology using a five-layer filtration system that separates dust particles eight times smaller than PM 2.5 to prevent clogging its filter and releasing dust back into your environment. In fact, the Roborock stick vacuum claims a 99.99% removal rate of dust particles smaller than three microns. Its 120,000 RPM high-speed motor provides 25,000 Pa of suction. The stick vacuum has a dust capacity of 560 ml and a battery life of 65 minutes (in Eco Mode, with the 2-in-1 cleaning head on). Roborock F25 Combo Stick Vacuum The Roborock stick vacuum that comes with the Roborock F25 Combo is very similar to the one included with the F25 ACE Combo, but without the green light illumination. It has the same 9-Cone Cyclonic Technology that uses a five-layer filtration system to achieve a 99.99% removal rate of under-three-micron dust particles and it is just as quiet. The F25 Combo’s stick vacuum also uses a 120,000 RPM high-speed motor with 25,000 Pa of suction, has a 560 ml dust capacity, and its battery can last for 65 minutes in Eco Mode with the 2-in-1 cleaning head on. Whichever one you choose will not need a phone app to do its job. What if you want something basic, but you have a large space to clean? The F25 LT may be the right floor cleaner for you. It is the least expensive model in the F25 Series that comes with the full-size pouch battery, providing 60 minutes of run time in Eco Mode. What if you want the least expensive F25 model and you have a smaller space? Then the F25 RT could be the right choice. The F25 RT is the most budget-friendly of all the F25s, has a battery that lasts for 40 minutes (in Eco Mode) and works for smaller spaces, and has all of the standard features that all F25s come with.
