Vacuum Wars compares the Bissell CleanView Swivel Rewind Pet 2254 with the Pet Hair Eraser Allergen Lift-Off 39883. Both delivered strong pickup results, but differences in filtration, airflow, suction, and Lift-Off versatility gave the Pet Hair Eraser the stronger overall showing in our testing.
We independently tested Bissell cordless vacuums to find the strongest models for carpets, hard floors, and pet hair, comparing cleaning performance, filtration, battery efficiency, ergonomics, attachments, and overall value.
The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser DualBrush 42943 is one of the most competitive upright vacuums Bissell has released in years. Its dual-roller floorhead picked up everything we placed in front of it on both hard floors and carpets, earned a perfect score in our carpet deep-clean evaluation, and produced one of the stronger sealed-suction results we’ve measured.
The Bissell PowerClean DualBrush delivers excellent mixed-floor pickup, strong filtration, and above-average battery efficiency. Its small bin, heavy handheld design, and high noise level make it best for shoppers focused primarily on floor cleaning.
The Bissell Little Green Mini Cordless is a lightweight, battery-powered spot cleaner designed for quick spills, upholstery, stairs, vehicles, and pet messes. Despite its smaller tank, shorter hose, and lower suction, it delivered above-average stain removal in our studio evaluations and earned a place in the Vacuum Wars Top 5 Carpet Spot Cleaners.
The Bissell PowerClean 4173 impressed us with excellent pickup performance, a perfect 100% carpet deep-cleaning score, strong filtration, and quiet operation. However, concerns about handle weight, convenience features, and long-term reliability kept it out of our Top 10 Cordless Vacuums rankings.
Today’s focus is the Bissell TurboClean Pet XL carpet cleaner (model 3746), one of Bissell’s more affordable carpet cleaners. We bought one for ourselves and put it through a full range of evaluations to see how it performs in real-world environments. And we think it punches well above its weight
The Bissell Pet Hair Eraser Allergen Lift-Off 39883 is built to challenge the popular Shark Navigator series with a more modern feature set and strong value focus. After using it ourselves, we break down what sets it apart and why it’s now our pick for best value upright vacuum of 2026.
We tested the best budget upright vacuums under $100 to see which performs best. While these low-cost models come with trade-offs, our hands-on evaluation reveals what you can realistically expect—and which option delivers the strongest results for the price.
The Bissell HydroSteam carpet cleaner is one of the few products on the market with a true steam clean function, which immediately sets it apart from other carpet cleaners for deep cleaning. The newest version, the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam 4123, continues that tradition by refining what made the original impressive. So naturally, we bought one with our own money and put it through all kinds of evaluations.
