According to Numatic International, the recall was initiated after identifying a safety concern affecting certain HEC.100 Henry Quick Corded vacuum units. A small number of products may pose a risk of electric shock due to an internal fault. The company has emphasized that customer safety is its highest priority and is offering a free replacement for all affected vacuums purchased between August 1, 2025 and October 17, 2025.
Products Affected
Henry Quick Corded vacuums purchased between 1 August 2025 and 17 October 2025 bearing serial numbers that begin with 7524 00001-03998 or 7527 followed by certain listed codes. Units sold after 17 October 2025 are not affected.
