Ecovacs T30S Vs Eufy X10 Pro Omni: Which Is Better?

Today’s head-to-head comparison pits two best-selling robots against each other—the Ecovacs T30S and the Eufy X10 Pro Omni. Both of these models are vacuum and mop combos in the middle price range, putting them in a similar “weight class,” so to speak. After purchasing them for ourselves, we tested them with our full battery of Vacuum Wars tests.

In this comparison review, we will run these bots through seven rounds of official Vacuum Wars tests, adding up the points after every round to declare the winner at the end.

Eufy X10 Pro

The Eufy X10 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum Mop Combo is a feature-rich, affordable flagship that excels in vacuuming and mopping, offering high-end features found in pricier models. Its dual spinning mop pads exert nearly 2 pounds of pressure to remove tough stains and lift 12 mm over carpets to prevent wetting. The Edge Hugging feature cleans close to walls. The dock empties the dustbin, washes, dries, and refills mop pads and tank for hands-off use. Equipped with AI.See obstacle avoidance, it detects over 100 obstacles. LiDAR provides efficient mapping. Exceptional on carpets, especially deep-cleaning embedded debris like sand. The app is feature-rich but it was somewhat buggy at the time of our testing. Despite minor issues, it offers exceptional value rivaling more expensive models. See additional info

Round 1: Features and Specs

Both robots navigate with LiDAR and automatically empty their dustbins into bagged docks. And while both robots wash their mop-pads and dry them with hot air, the Ecovacs washes its mops in hot water for increased sanitation.

They use the same style of dual spinning mop-pads we see on many mid-range and premium robot models, and they both lift their mop pads when they sense carpets to prevent them from getting wet. This important automation allows the robots to vacuum and mop a mix of hard floors and carpet in the same cleaning run.

But Ecovacs has an edge on Eufy in mopping, as the T30S extends one of its mop-pads sideways to reach into edges.

The Ecovacs T30S has an extending mop pad that allows it to better reach edges

Round 1 Winner: Ecovacs

Both robots are above average in their features scores, but when we add the numbers, the Ecovacs T30S is the clear winner with a score of 4.3 points. The X10 Pro clocks in with 3.8 points.

Round 2: Mopping

Round Two moves to mopping. In our dried‑on stain test, Ecovacs scores an impressive 119 points—higher than the category average of 93 points—while Eufy’s  X10 manages a somewhat poor score of 60.

Ecovacs T30S (left) scored almost double what the Eufy X10 Pro Omni (right) scored in our dried stain test (119 to 60)

If you caught our earlier review of the X10, you may remember that its mopping was formerly more impressive. But after follow‑up tests, its performance started to be inconsistent. The main issue was that the amount of water it used became erratic. Sometimes it used too little water to clean stains, and sometimes it used way too much water, which left streaks, and it didn’t matter which water setting we used.

This costs Eufy’s X10 a significant points deduction, which is why this mopping score sits below our initial assessment.

Round 2 Winner: Ecovacs

Ecovacs mops up with a score of 3.7, well above our average score of 2.7, while Eufy X10 falls below average at 2.3, a big loss for the X10.

In our test course, the Ecovacs T30S averaged 0.83 square metres per minute, while the Eufy X10 Pro clocked 0.71 square meters per minute, which is right at the average of .70.

Round 4 Winner: Ecovacs

Ecovacs T30S covered more ground in less time, so Ecovacs wins the navigation round with 4.4 points to Eufy’s navigation score of 3.5.

Round  5: Battery efficiency

In our battery‑efficiency test, the Ecovacs T30S cruised at 1.27 minutes per percent of battery life, a touch below the class average of 1.3, while the Eufy X10 Pro scoots ahead with 1.38 minutes per percent of battery life.

When we calculate this along with the robot’s runtime, we estimate 1,134 square feet per charge for Ecovacs versus about 1,055 square feet for Eufy—both decent numbers, and ahead of the average of 1,015 square feet per charge.

One last perk on the Ecovacs: the T30S dock supports fast charging, so it recharges quickly between jobs, while Eufy uses a standard charging speed.

The Ecovacs T30s covered more ground in a single charge than the Eufy X10 and the Ecovacs supports fast charging in the station

Round 6: Pet Features

This round is especially significant for users with pets. While we evaluate every pet‑friendly spec, the hair‑pickup and tangle‑resistance tests carry the most weight.

In the hair-pickup test, we have the robot remove 2.5 inch pet hair from carpet, measuring the hair that the robot was able to remove. Ecovacs lifted 95.5 percent of the flattened pet hair—scoring above the 91.5 percent class average—while Eufy landed right on the average, putting it a step behind Ecovacs.

The Ecovacs T30S lifted 95% of pet hair in our test, while the Eufy removed 91.5%, right at the average

Both robots have an active hair removal system, but in our 7 inch hair tangle test, the Eufy did very well with zero tangles on its main brush. Ecovacs did not perform as well, with a significant amount of hair tangles, but we suspect that this is because its brush is designed to remove tangles over time. It is possible that it would work better with extended use, but there it is.

Ecovacs T30S had 50% hair wraps that required cutting to remove. The anti-tangle system might have worked better with extended use as it was designed that way, but it did not come through in the testing

We put these bots to the test with our Carpet Deep Clean test, where we embed sand into medium-pile carpet and measure how much the robots are able to remove.

While Ecovacs posts the higher suction index and a strong airflow number, it removes only 71 percent of embedded sand in the deep‑clean test, which is below the average of 75 percent. Eufy, with technically lower suction and airflow, still managed to pull 83 percent of sand from the carpet.

The Ecovacs T30S (left) pulled out 71% of sand in our deep clean test, a below average score, while Eufy (right) pulled out an impressive score of 83%

Conclusion

After seven rounds, the Ecovacs T30S finishes first with 26.3 points, and the Eufy X10 Pro scores 24.4.

This translates to our Vacuum Wars official star ratings at the time of testing of 3.99 stars for the Ecovacs T30S and 3.87 stars for the Eufy X10 Pro. These robots both rank higher than the average Vacuum Wars star rating of 2.8 © Vacuum Wars

Ecovacs claims victories in features, mopping, navigation, and battery. Eufy takes category wins in obstacle avoidance, pet features, and overall performance.

If higher mopping performance and maintenance matter most, the Ecovacs T30S might be the better pick.
