Vacmaster Introduces the V10i Robot Vacuum with Self-Emptying Station

Vacmaster, a company well-known for shop vacuums, has introduced the V10i 3-in-1 Robot Vacuum Mop Combo (Amazon Link) to its lineup of floorcare products. Designed for both carpets and hard floors, the V10i offers a hands-free cleaning experience for homes with pets and high foot traffic. Equipped with powerful suction, LiDAR navigation, and a self-emptying docking station, this robot vacuum is structured to simplify daily floor maintenance.

The Vacmaster V10i features LiDAR mapping navigation, which delivers real-time, accurate mapping of your home layout. With suction power rated at 3000Pa, the device efficiently collects dust, dirt, and pet hair while moving in logical, row-by-row cleaning patterns. Its anti-collision and anti-cliff technology detects objects as small as 10 cm and prevents the robot from tumbling down stairs, ensuring safe, uninterrupted operation.

Vacmaster V10i's LiDAR mapping and Anti-collision technologies

In addition to vacuuming, this model includes a mopping mode through its dust cup/water tank combo module. From everyday spills to set-in stains, users can activate the V10i’s mopping feature to maintain clean hard floors. The robot can cross thresholds of up to 20 mm, making it easier to move between rooms or different flooring types without constant supervision.

Q: Is the Vacmaster V10i a shop robot vacuum?

A: While the Vacmaster brand is well known for its shop vacuums, It appears that the V10i is designed for household use.

A central highlight is the self-empty docking station, which holds debris for up to 45 days before needing to be emptied. The robot automatically returns to the station, empties its dust cup, recharges, and then resumes cleaning. This extended hands-free approach is further complemented by multi-level mapping, enabling the V10i to navigate multiple floors without additional docks. After mapping a new floor, it automatically adapts to the layout and continues cleaning with minimal user input.

Users can customize the experience through the Vacmaster app. The customizable app experience allows control over six cleaning modes and four suction levels. Users can set virtual boundaries and no-go zones, schedule cleaning times, and even use a spot cleaning mode by placing the V10i in a specific location and initiating a targeted cleaning cycle. This adaptability proves useful in multi-room spaces or for addressing localized messes.

With a slim design, the V10i can clean under low-lying furniture to capture hard-to-reach debris. Its side brushes help pull in dust and hair from edges and corners. The V10i has a runtime up to 120 minutes on a single charge under standard conditions, bolstered by a suction power that is claimed to be 50% stronger than certain previous Vacmaster models.

The Vacmaster V10i offers customized cleaning through the app

Each Vacmaster V10i 3-in-1 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo package includes the robot vacuum (with a pre-installed dust cup/water tank module), a charging base, a mop pad, two high efficiency filters, two dust bags, two side brushes, and a cleaning tool. A 1-year limited warranty is also provided, covering any manufacturing defects or hardware malfunctions under normal use.
