Dyson has confirmed that the PencilWash wet floor cleaner will be available for purchase in the United States beginning March 17.
Dyson has officially launched the PencilWash wet and dry hard-floor cleaner in select markets, expanding its growing floorcare lineup. The new model follows the design philosophy of the Dyson PencilVac, carrying over its slim, minimalist form factor into the wet-cleaning category.
Dyson PencilWash
The Dyson PencilWash is a slim cordless hard-floor cleaner designed to wash sealed floors and collect spills and debris. Its 38 mm handle and lay-flat design help it reach under low furniture, while a microfiber roller receives fresh water through an eight-point hydration system. Dirty water and debris collect in a separate tank, and two hydration modes let you adjust water flow. Dyson lists a dry weight of approximately 4.9 lb, up to 30 minutes of runtime, and a 300 ml clean-water tank. It does not include steam cleaning or hot-air roller drying.
