3i Introduces S10 Ultra Robot Vacuum with Water Recycling System

3i, a relatively new tech company, has recently introduced their S10 Ultra robot vacuum and mop. Currently previewing on Kickstarter, the S10 Ultra offers a glimpse into a new and interesting innovation – a robot vacuum and mop combo that recycles its own water and can extract water from the air.

3i S10 Ultra Robot Vacuum

The 3i S10 Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop introduces the worldโ€™s first WaterRecycle System, which recycles and distills wastewater into a continuous supply of purified waterโ€”no plumbing or drainage needed. Its UltraReach Extendable Roller Mop, spinning at 330 rpm with 12 spray holes, delivers a constant 7N mopping pressure and automatically extends for millimeter-precision edge cleaning. Powered by 13,000Pa suction, it tackles dirt, hair, and debris on carpets and hard floors. Advanced AI algorithms, dToF LiDAR, and Dual 3D Structured Light provide seamless navigation and obstacle avoidance, while the Dual Anti-Tangle main brush prevents hair clogs. The 12-in-1 dock enables automatic mop washing, drying, and self-emptying for up to 60 days of hands-free cleaning. Easily set up custom cleaning via the 3i App, or control it using Alexa and Google Assistant.See additional info

WaterRecycleโ„ข System

At the core of the 3i S10 Ultra is the WaterRecycleโ„ข System, which 3i previously showcased at CES 2024. This system is designed to purify and recycle water, eliminating the need for manual water replacement or disposal. The process separates wastewater into dry and wet components, and the solid waste is collected in a dry dust bag. The system then continues to reuse the purified water.

Additionally, the vacuum can extract moisture from the air as needed, ensuring a consistent water supply without a plumbing connection. This novel approach aims to make the cleaning process both sustainable and maintenance-free.

Advanced Features and Technology

Beyond the water recycling system, the S10 Ultra robot vacuum is equipped with several advanced features. The system also includes a silver ion antibacterial protection that lasts for five years, offering a high level of cleanliness. Furthermore, the vacuum automatically dispenses cleaning solutions. According to 3i, it achieves a 99.9% sterilization rate.

The 3i S10 Ultra represents a significant advancement in robotic vacuum cleaner technology, aiming to combine sustainability with convenience to provide a high-tech cleaning solution without the need for manual intervention.
