Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller Removed from Our Top 20 After Reports of Water Leaks

After a wave of consumer complaints on Amazon, we have removed the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller robot vacuum and mop combo from our Robot Vacuum Top 20 list. This decision is mainly due to increasing reports of water leaking from the base station. The issue did not appear in our lab testing, but it has come up repeatedly in customer reviews.

The model originally debuted at #5 on our Best Robot Vacuums list. In November 2025, Dreame’s Amazon listing for the Aqua10 Ultra Roller was made unavailable. After looking into the listing, we found a large amount of negative feedback. As of this writing, 1-star reviews make up 28% of the Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller’s Amazon ratings. That is unusually high for a premium robot vacuum, and it was enough to pull its score down considerably.

Reports of Dreame Aqua10 Water Leaks Raise Consumer Concerns

Across the complaints, water leakage was the most common problem. Multiple verified buyers reported:

  • Water pooling beneath the dock after cleaning
  • Leaks coming from the base station
  • Damage to floors

Some users also mentioned navigation or performance issues. These issues played less of a role in our decision, as we had already noted navigation and other weaknesses in our review of the robot. The water leaks, however, are more serious. They also appeared far more often than other complaints, which signals a real fault in the model. Leaking issues also have the potential to cause damage in the home.

This shift in customer sentiment pushed the Aqua10 from #5 to #36 in our scoring as of this writing. As a result, it dropped out of our Top 20 robot vacuum list.

Will the Dreame Aqua10 Return to Amazon?

We will continue to watch customer reviews to see whether the Aqua10 Ultra Roller returns to Amazon. We also want to see whether any resolutions improve its user feedback.

A similar situation happened with the Eufy E25 (see our review), which was removed from Amazon after many reports of water leaks. The E25’s ranking in our system dropped sharply as a result. After Eufy apparently updated the water tank and relisted the E25, the ratings improved, which we hope will happen with Aqua10 Ultra Roller.

The Dreame Aqua10 Ultra Roller is still available on Dreame’s website. Note also that these poor reviews are for the Aqua10 Ultra Roller, but the Aqua10 Roller does not have the same pattern of complaints.

Dreame’s Reddit channel (Reddit link) is asking users to report any leaking docks to Dreame’s customer service.
