Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni Robot Vacuum Introduces OZMO Roller 3.0 Mopping System

Ecovacs has announced the release of the Deebot T90 Pro Omni robot vacuum and mop, designed to bring several flagship technologies from its premium lineup into a more affordable price tier. Ecovacs says this new release focuses on solving common usability frustrations with practical engineering improvements.

Robot vacuum docked on its charging base on a wooden table, with a blue neon 'VACUUM WARS' sign in the background.

The Ecovacs T90 Pro Omni impressed in Vacuum Wars testing as one of the brand’s best-performing robots to date, combining powerful vacuuming, excellent mopping, and premium automation features. Powered by Ecovacs’ latest Blast technology, it delivers a claimed 30,000Pa suction level and achieved airflow and debris pickup results well above average, including excellent carpet deep-cleaning performance. In pet hair testing, it earned a rare 100% pickup score versus the 82% average, while its ZeroTangle 4.0 brush system also achieved a perfect score in seven-inch hair tangle tests. Obstacle avoidance was another standout, successfully avoiding 23 of 24 objects in testing. The Osmo Roller 3.0 mopping system scored 157 points in dried stain tests, nearly 50% above average, giving it the second-highest combined mopping score ever recorded by Vacuum Wars. Additional pros include Matter compatibility, hot-water mop washing, fast charging, strong battery efficiency, and a low-profile embedded LiDAR design. The main drawback was its very small 250ml dustbin, roughly 30% smaller than average, though frequent auto-emptying helps reduce the issue. Navigation efficiency was slightly above average and threshold crossing reached 32mm though navigation quirks still occasionally appeared during testing sessions. See additional info

Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni Overview

The Deebot T90 Pro Omni is designed as a mid-tier robot vacuum with premium cleaning technology, including automated maintenance through its Omni station.

Unlike traditional systems that clean with the same pads throughout a run, the roller is continuously refreshed during operation, helping prevent streaking and reducing the chance of spreading dirty water between rooms.

Key Features of the Ecovacs Deebot T90 Pro Omni

27 cm Microfiber Roller Mop

At the center of the system is Ecovacs’ OZMO ROLLER™ 3.0 mopping technology, which replaces traditional spinning mop pads with a rotating microfiber roller that is continuously washed during operation. The system uses a 27-centimeter microfiber roller mop, which Ecovacs says is 50% longer than earlier generations of the OZMO roller. The larger roller increases floor coverage, and Ecovacs says it maintains consistent pressure on the floor to lift dirt and stains effectively.

The robot also self-washes the roller during operation and collects used water while it works, which helps keep used water off the floor.

PowerBoost Fast Charging

Another notable feature is PowerBoost™ Charging, a system previously only found on Ecovacs’ premium robot lineup. Rather than waiting for the battery to drain before returning to charge, the robot can replenish power during routine mop washing sessions at the base station. According to Ecovacs, this allows the robot to maintain enough battery to complete full cleaning cycles in larger homes, and we really liked this feature when we saw it on the Deebot X11 last year.

Edge Cleaning and Anti-Tangle Brush

The T90 Pro Omni includes several design elements aimed at improving performance in common problem areas.

  • Blast™ Airflow suction technology for debris pickup
  • TruEdge™ Extreme Edge Cleaning improves cleaning along baseboards and corners.
  • Airflow-Directed Anti-Tangle Brush guides hair directly into the suction path to reduce hair wrap.
  • TruePass™ Adaptive Four-Wheel Drive helps the robot move over thresholds and uneven flooring.
  • AIVI Intelligent Navigation provides obstacle detection and route planning.

Omni Station Automation

The included Omni Station automates several maintenance tasks, including:

  • Mop washing
  • Mop drying
  • Water management

This reduces the amount of manual maintenance required while keeping the robot ready for its next cleaning cycle.

Ecovacs has softened the dock aesthetic with a textured facade that is meant to look like fabric. The T90 is available in gray or cream.
