Narwal Flow Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo — Narwal’s Most Advanced Flagship Yet

Narwal has officially announced the Narwal Flow, its new flagship robot vacuum and mop combo. This advanced model combines high-powered suction with a unique track-style mopping system that features real-time self-cleaning. Paired with a smart dock that automates most routine maintenance, the Flow delivers both deep-cleaning performance and hands-free convenience, making it one of Narwal’s most innovative releases to date.

The Narwal Flow is a robot vacuum and mop combo featuring 22,000 Pa suction power, a real-time self-cleaning FlowWash track mop, and dual water tanks that use 113 °F warm water and a scraper to maintain mop cleanliness during operation. It offers automatic mop washing, drying, and detergent dispensing, and includes 12 mm mop lifting to avoid carpets while vacuuming. A 2.5 L self-emptying dustbin allows for up to 120 days of hands-free use. The system uses EdgeReach technology with extendable side brushes to reach deep into corners and along edges, while dual RGB AI cameras and advanced obstacle avoidance help it navigate complex home layouts. The Flow also supports voice commands via the “Hey Nawa” assistant and can be controlled or scheduled using the Narwal app. It includes two anti-tangling side brushes, dust bags, filters, and detergent, and runs on a 6,400 mAh battery for extended runtime. Design and Floor Care Features

The Narwal Flow delivers up to 22,000Pa of suction power, a 10,000Pa jump from their previous flagship, the Freo Z Ultra, and includes a FlowWash track mop that applies 12N of downward pressure. The mop rinses itself with 113°F water during use, and a scraper removes residue on the roller to limit buildup or spreading dirt. With the help of Narwal’s DirtSense 2.0 system, the robot can detect heavier stains and repeat cleaning passes until the area is cleared.

The mop roller can extend to the side for edge coverage and can also lift 12mm when carpet is detected, preventing wet contact.

The tapered main brush is designed to feed hair to one side to prevent tangles. The Flow has two side brushes with a unique design that changes shape automatically from a “V” to a “II,” helping it free itself from hair wraps.

One side brush also reverses direction for better corner reach. For carpets, the Narwal Flow uses CarpetFocus technology, which lowers the brush to improve pickup rates.

Navigation and Object Avoidance

The robot navigates with embedded LiDAR. For obstacle avoidance, its uses dual RGB cameras and an onboard AI processor. According to Narwal, the system can recognize more than 200 object types with sub-inch accuracy, while all data is processed locally rather than in the cloud.

Docking and Maintenance

The Flow’s dock provides several automated functions:

  • Up to 120-day dustbin storage with a 2.5L bag in the base
  • 176°F hot water sterilization of mops, pipes, and tanks
  • 104°F warm air drying to reduce odor and moisture
  • Replaceable cleaning filter for debris management

An optional upgrade adds automatic water refilling and drainage for the mop system, which links up to your house plumbing system for hands-off tank refilling and emptying.

Connectivity and Build

The Narwal Flow supports voice commands through Narwal’s “Hey Nawa” on-board assistant, along with Alexa, Siri, and Google. Matter integration is scheduled for November 2025.

The robot measures 3.7 inches in height (95mm) and can climb thresholds up to 1.6 inches (40mm), higher than the standard robot of 20mm. It is powered by a 6400mAh battery with fast-charging capability.

The Narwal Flow represents a major step forward for the brand, combining powerful suction, advanced self-cleaning mopping, and a feature-rich dock. With a design that minimizes maintenance and maximizes cleaning performance, it positions itself as one of Narwal’s most ambitious and innovative flagship models yet.
