The headline feature of the RV3020XE is its integrated UV light system. When the robot enters its stain-seeking mode, the UV light illuminates hard floors to reveal biological and sticky residues that may not be visible under normal lighting conditions.
Once a mess is detected, the robot automatically engages HyperSonic Mopping™, which Shark states provides up to 7x the scrubbing power of its previous Matrix models. Rather than performing a single wipe pass, the system is designed to apply intensified scrubbing to targeted areas.
Shark also incorporates NeuroNav AI™ into the cleaning process. According to Shark, this system verifies that a detected stain has been removed before the robot moves on to the next section of the floor.
