What Are Stationary Vacuums?

Stationary vacuums like the EyeVac series are designed to live permanently in one spot. Instead of pushing a vacuum around, users sweep debris toward the unit. An infrared sensor detects the sweeping motion and automatically activates the vacuum for a brief seven-second cycle. Both the Home and Pro models can also be operated manually with a button.

This makes them especially helpful in environments where sweeping occurs throughout the day—hair salons being the original target market.

EyeVac Home vs. EyeVac Pro: Key Differences

While the two models look similar, the EyeVac Pro is the higher-performance option. It features:
