Miele Launches Duoflex HX1 Cordless Vacuum Lineup in the U.S.

Miele, a leading manufacturer of premium domestic appliances, has introduced its latest innovation to the American market: the Duoflex HX1 cordless stick vacuum series. This new line was launched to expand Miele’s presence in the cordless vacuum segment, widening its range of options to U.S. consumers.

Features and Design

The Duoflex HX1 series boasts a versatile design that allows it to be used as both a stick vacuum and a handheld unit. This functionality is facilitated by the SpeedLock system, which securely holds the vacuum in a wall bracket, ready to be transformed into a handheld device at a moment’s notice. The inclusion of the Digital Efficiency motor paired with Miele Vortex Technology ensures a high-performing cleaning experience across various types of floorings. The vacuum adjusts its brush speed according to the floor type, enhancing energy efficiency and battery conservation.

Filtration and Battery Performance

Miele has incorporated a two-stage filter system in the Duoflex HX1 that captures up to 99.99 percent of fine dust particles, significantly improving indoor air quality. The device also features the ComfortClean function for automatic filter cleaning, maintaining optimal performance without the need for manual washing of the filter. On its lowest setting, the vacuum’s lithium-ion battery can deliver up to 55 minutes of cleaning time, catering effectively to everyday cleaning tasks.

Product Availability and Options

The Duoflex HX1 is available in several colors, including the new Nordic Blue, allowing customers to choose a vacuum that best fits their home décor. The series is priced starting at $549 and includes several models such as the Duoflex HX1 Extra and Duoflex HX1 TotalCare, each offering additional accessories tailored to specific cleaning needs.
