Narwal Introduces Freo Pro: A Mid-Range Robot Vacuum and Mop with Tangle-Free Technology

Narwal has officially launched the Freo Pro, a new robot vacuum and mop combination aimed at bringing many of the brand’s high-end features to a wider audience. First unveiled at CES 2025, the Freo Pro is positioned as a mid-range model in Narwal’s growing lineup of intelligent cleaning robots.

Hands-Free Convenience

Designed for hands-free cleaning with minimal upkeep, the Freo Pro features a self-cleaning base station and strong vacuuming and mopping capabilities. One of its standout innovations is the new DualFlow Tangle-Free System, which includes a floating roller brush and an auto-adjusting side brush engineered to reduce hair tangles — a common issue for pet owners and households with long hair.

Strong Suction and Smart Navigation

Narwal says the Freo Pro delivers up to 8,500 pascals of suction power while maintaining quiet operation, with sound levels comparable to a normal conversation. The robot also includes the brand’s latest LiDAR 4.0 navigation and a 3D structured light sensor to help it intelligently map rooms and avoid common household obstacles.

Vacuuming and Mopping in One

Like Narwal’s flagship models, the Freo Pro supports both vacuuming and mopping in a single run. Its mop pads automatically lift when transitioning over carpets, and the robot returns to the dock after cleaning where the pads are washed, dried, and the dustbin is emptied.

Positioned Below Narwal’s Flagship Series

The Freo Pro sits below the premium Freo Z series and is intended as a more accessible option for users seeking smart automation without the higher price point of top-tier models.
