The HushJet Purifier Compact model introduces a new air projection system inspired by jet engine design. A star-shaped hush kit is used to reduce airflow noise and minimize turbulence. According to Dyson, this allows for quieter air circulation without compromising performance.

Powerful Purification

Despite its compact form factor, measuring just 9 inches wide and 18.5 inches tall, the purifier is engineered to clean up to 203 square feet. It projects purified air across the room while drawing in pollutants, dust, and allergens at a high rate. The purifier includes a PM2.5 particle sensor, which allows it to automatically adjust airflow levels when pollutants are detected. This adaptive mode ensures purification runs only when needed, conserving energy.

Filtration System

The purifier uses a multi-layered filtration system:

  • Electrostatic Filtration – Captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, including common allergens. Dyson states this filter is designed to maintain performance for up to five years, reducing the need for frequent replacements.
  • Activated Carbon Filter – Targets odors and gases such as NO₂, along with household smells like pet and cooking odors.
  • Fully Sealed Construction – Prevents pollutants from escaping back into the air once captured.

Dyson highlights the HushJet’s ability to reduce exposure to allergens. This includes pet dander and odors, as well as seasonal allergens like pollen.

Compact and Quiet Design

The HushJet Purifier Compact is designed for smaller spaces such as bedrooms, offices, or desktops. Dyson reports that it operates at just 41 decibels on maximum mode and as low as 24 decibels in Sleep Mode, making it one of the quietest purifiers in their lineup.

Connectivity and Maintenance

The model connects to the MyDyson app, enabling remote control, scheduling, and real-time air quality tracking. Voice assistant compatibility is also supported. Maintenance is simplified with a removable nozzle design, making routine cleaning straightforward.
