Ecovacs has announced the release of its latest robot vacuum and mop combo, the Deebot N30 Omni. This model enters the market with certain premium-level features while being made available in the midrange price category.
All-in-One OMNI Station
The Deebot N30 Omni comes with an Omni Station that handles automatic mop washing and self-emptying. The station includes a hot air drying function designed to prevent odors from developing. The station’s dust bag has a 2.6-liter capacity, potentially holding up to 75 days of dust before needing to be replaced, reducing the frequency of maintenance.
Powerful Suction and Hair Management
One of the standout features of the Deebot N30 Omni is its 10,000Pa suction power. The robot vacuum also features ZeroTangle 2.0, a system designed to minimize hair wrap on the main brush, making it potentially more effective in homes with pets or people with long hair.
Edge Mopping and Carpet Handling
For those concerned about edge and corner cleaning, the Deebot N30 Omni is equipped with what Ecovacs calls “TruEdge Adaptive Edge Mopping.” The technology employs a hovering arm and algorithms to provide precise edge cleaning. The robot can also automatically lift its mop when transitioning to carpets, aiming to prevent cross-contamination between floor types.
Mopping System
The robot’s mopping capability is supported by the OZMO Turbo 2.0 Rotating Mopping System, which uses a motor to simulate hand movements for scrubbing. Users can customize the water level through the accompanying app to match their specific floor type, potentially improving the cleaning results.
Navigation and Obstacle Avoidance
To navigate around the home, the Deebot N30 Omni employs TrueDetect 3D 3.0 for obstacle avoidance and TrueMapping 2.0 technology for creating detailed home maps. According to Ecovacs, this combination is intended to enhance cleaning efficiency while minimizing the likelihood of the robot getting stuck or damaging furniture.
Battery Life
Battery life is another area where the Deebot N30 Omni claims to offer enhanced performance. With a maximum runtime of 320 minutes, the robot vacuum is designed for larger cleaning tasks. It has a 5200mAh battery and can cover up to 550 square meters on a single charge, depending on the mode used. It also includes an automatic charging function to resume cleaning tasks after recharging.
This new product release from Ecovacs adds to the growing range of robot vacuum and mop combos, catering to homeowners looking for advanced, automated floorcare solutions.
