Eufy has recently announced two new robotic vacuum models: the Omni E28 and E25. Both models feature technologies designed for effective cleaning across various surfaces. Notably, the Omni E28 includes an industry-first detachable handheld spot cleaner built into its automated base station.
Update May 16, 2025: The Eufy E28 is available now on Amazon.
The Eufy E28 Omni robot vacuum/mop combo features advanced specifications designed for comprehensive home cleaning. It boasts a robust 20,000 Pa turbo suction capable of deep-cleaning carpets and floors. Its innovative HydroJet System includes dual water reservoirs and a dual-scraper structure, refreshing the mop continuously by cleaning the roller 360 times per minute. The E28 uniquely integrates a detachable FlexiOne portable deep cleaner for fabric surfaces and carpets. DuoSpiral detangle brushes ensure minimal hair tangling and lower maintenance requirements. Enhanced edge cleaning is provided by the CornerRover Arm, covering edges fully without manual intervention. Its all-in-one station offers self-emptying, self-cleaning, hot-air drying, automatic detergent dispensing, wastewater collection, and self-refilling. Additionally, the robot recognizes over 30 stain types and supports Matter protocol but operates exclusively on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks

Portable Deep Cleaner
The eufy Omni E28 includes a detachable portable deep cleaner, a feature introduced as the first of its kind among robotic vacuums. This detachable unit, utilizing eufy’s FlexiOne™ technology, allows the vacuum’s base station water tank to function separately for targeted cleaning of furniture, carpets, stairs, and other surfaces.
HydroJet Mop System
Both the Omni E28 and E25 feature eufy’s HydroJet™ self-cleaning mop system, which includes mop rollers that perform 360 rotations per minute. The rollers are cleaned continuously through built-in double scraper mechanisms that remove water and debris from floor surfaces. The mopping system applies a downward pressure of 15N (approximately 3.3 lbs).
Advanced Debris Pickup
Additionally, both models provide suction power rated at 20,000 Pa and include eufy’s DuoSpiral™ double roller brushes, designed to improve dust, debris, and hair removal on carpets and other surfaces. Maintenance considerations include retractable brushes intended to reduce hair tangling. Another new feature included in these models is the “CornerRover Arm,” designed to extend automatically to clean corners and edges more effectively.
