Roborock has officially announced the release of three new additions to their Qrevo lineup of robot vacuums: the Qrevo Curv, Qrevo Edge, and Qrevo Slim. These advanced robot vacuum and mop combos include multi-functional docking stations and represent the latest technological advancements from the brand. Roborock announced these new products to Europe at IFA 2024, but has published information to its US website as well.
Qrevo Curv
Building on Roborock’s established line of premium robot vacuums, the Qrevo Curv introduces several first-time features:
- AdaptiLift Chassis: A pioneering suspension system that allows the vacuum to cross thresholds up to 4cm high as well as enabling it to navigate uneven surfaces and deep-pile carpets effectively.
- DuoDivide Brush: This new brush design directs hair and debris straight into the central dustbin, minimizing clogs.
- Enhanced Suction: The unit offers a powerful suction capability of 18,500Pa.
- Refined Design: The Qrevo Curv sports a new minimalistic design with smooth edges around the docking station.

Qrevo Slim
The Qrevo Slim is also a premium category robot vacuum, but is tailored for accessibility under low furniture, thanks to its ultra-low profile:
- Low Height: At just 8.2 cm, this model easily cleans under lower-sitting furniture.
- Innovative Navigation: It utilizes an advanced 3D-sensing navigation system for precise environmental understanding and comprehensive area coverage.

Matter Protocol
These new Qrevo releases use the Matter protocol, an interoperability standard designed to enable communication between connected devices locally within the home, without relying on cloud connections. It aims to provide a secure, private, and user-friendly environment, compatible with a wide range of devices. Developed by major companies including Apple, Amazon, Google, and Samsung, Matter supports over 30 device types and operates over Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and the low-power mesh networking protocol Thread. See the Connectivity Standards Alliance (CSA) for more details.
Each model in this new lineup incorporates state-of-the-art features, such as app customization, intelligent mopping, and dirt detection, ensuring a top-tier cleaning experience. If Vacuum Wars reviews these models, we will make our findings available in the Robot Vacuum Reviews area of this website.
