Roborock has officially launched the Saros 20 Flow in the United States, following its preview at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The new flagship robot vacuum and mop starts selling today with a self-cleaning roller mop system, 36,000 Pa of claimed suction, upgraded obstacle avoidance, and Roborock’s latest all-in-one dock.
Saros 20 Flow Was Previewed at IFA 2026
Vacuum Wars first saw the Saros 20 Flow as part of Roborock’s IFA 2026 lineup. At the show, Roborock positioned the Saros 20 Flow as one of its major new flagship robot vacuums for the U.S. market, with an emphasis on its new roller-mopping system, high claimed suction, and upgraded mobility.
The September 14 launch now brings that model to the U.S. market as Roborock’s final major flagship release of 2026.
SpiraFlow 2.0 Uses a Self-Cleaning Roller Mop
One of the biggest changes on the Saros 20 Flow is its SpiraFlow 2.0 Pressurized Self-Cleaning System. Instead of relying on two rotating mop pads, the robot uses a roller mop that is continually refreshed with clean water while it moves across the floor.
Roborock says the roller rotates at up to 240 RPM, while 16 pressurized water outlets supply fresh water during cleaning. The system is designed to continuously rinse the roller as it works, helping reduce the amount of collected residue being carried across the floor during a mopping run.
The roller can also extend outward for improved edge coverage along walls and baseboards.
36,000 Pa of Claimed Suction
The Saros 20 Flow is rated at 36,000 Pa of claimed suction, placing it among Roborock’s most powerful robot vacuums on paper.
It also uses Roborock’s DuoDivide main brush and an anti-tangle side brush system designed to reduce hair wrapping around the brushes. Roborock is positioning the combination of higher suction and tangle-resistant brush hardware as a major part of the Saros 20 Flow’s vacuuming performance.
AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0 Targets Larger Thresholds
The Saros 20 Flow also features AdaptiLift Traverse 3.0, Roborock’s latest mobility system for handling difficult floor transitions.
Roborock claims the robot can cross double-layer thresholds totaling up to 3.46 inches by coordinating the movement of its lifting chassis and wheels. The feature is designed for homes with taller transitions between rooms or more complicated floor layouts.
Despite that additional mobility hardware, the Saros 20 Flow remains relatively slim. Roborock lists the robot at approximately 3.54 inches tall and uses retractable LiDAR that can lower when the robot needs to navigate beneath certain pieces of furniture.

Reactive AI Obstacle Avoidance
For navigation and obstacle avoidance, the Saros 20 Flow uses Roborock’s camera-based Reactive AI system.
When the model was previewed at IFA 2026, Roborock said the system could recognize more than 300 categories of household objects and was designed to maintain obstacle recognition in lower-light environments.
The robot can also identify different floor types and adjust its cleaning behavior as it moves through the home.
New RockDock Automates Mop and Robot Maintenance
The Saros 20 Flow comes with a new all-in-one RockDock designed to automate much of the robot’s routine maintenance.
Roborock says the dock can wash the roller mop with water heated to as much as 212°F, dry the roller with warm air, automatically dispense detergent, refill the robot with warm water, and empty collected debris from the vacuum.
The dock can also detect when additional mop washing or floor cleaning may be needed rather than relying entirely on a fixed cleaning schedule.
Saros 20 Flow Is Now Available in the U.S.
The Roborock Saros 20 Flow officially launches in the United States on September 14.
