Roborock has added another model to its Qrevo lineup with the new Qrevo Edge 3 Pro, a robot vacuum and mop featuring 36,000 Pa of claimed suction, an upgraded chassis for navigating high thresholds, retractable LiDAR, warm-water mopping, and a multifunctional self-cleaning dock.
Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro

The Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro is a premium robot vacuum and mop featuring 36,000 Pa of claimed suction, retractable LiDAR, advanced threshold climbing, warm-water mopping, and a highly automated dock. It brings several technologies associated with Roborock’s newest flagship models into the Qrevo lineup.
36,000 Pa | AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0 | Retractable LiDAR | Reactive AI Obstacle Avoidance | Dual Anti-Tangle Brushes | Warm-Water Mopping | 212°F Mop Washing |
Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro Gets 36,000 Pa Suction
One of the biggest upgrades is suction. The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro uses Roborock’s 36,000 Pa HyperForce digital motor, a substantial increase over the 25,000 Pa rating of the Qrevo Edge 2.
The robot also uses Roborock’s Dual Anti-Tangle System, combining the DuoDivide main brush with the FlexiArm Arc side brush. Roborock claims a 0% hair-tangling rate for both brushes under its testing conditions, with the DuoDivide brush also achieving a claimed 100% hair-removal rate.
Those specifications could make the Edge 3 Pro particularly interesting for homes with pets or long hair.

AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0 Handles Taller Thresholds
Another major feature is AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0, which allows the robot to physically lift itself to negotiate obstacles and transitions between rooms.
Roborock says the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro can cross single-layer thresholds up to 1.77 inches (45 mm) high and double-layer thresholds totaling up to 3.46 inches (88 mm). The system also helps the robot free itself when it encounters certain obstacles such as furniture legs.
The chassis plays another role on carpet. The Edge 3 Pro can adjust its height to maintain cleaning performance on carpets up to a claimed 1.18 inches thick (30 mm). In Vacuum Carpet First Mode, the robot can also automatically leave its mop pads at the dock before cleaning carpet.

Retractable LiDAR Lets the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro Reach Under Furniture
The Edge 3 Pro combines its climbing chassis with Roborock’s RetractSense Navigation System.
Instead of relying on a permanently raised LiDAR tower, its LDS sensor can retract when the robot enters low-clearance areas. Roborock lists the robot at just 3.13 inches tall with the sensor retracted, potentially allowing it to clean underneath furniture that would block taller LiDAR-based robot vacuums.
When the sensor is raised, it provides 360-degree scanning for mapping and navigation. When retracted, Roborock says the system maintains a 100-degree rear field of view to help the robot navigate underneath furniture.

Reactive AI Recognizes More Than 300 Types of Obstacles
Obstacle avoidance has also received attention on the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro.
The robot combines structured light, an RGB camera, and VertiBeam lateral obstacle avoidance. According to Roborock, its Reactive AI system can recognize more than 300 types of objects, compared with more than 200 on the previous-generation system.
The Edge 3 Pro can also return to areas that were temporarily blocked by people or pets, provided the feature is enabled in the Roborock app. Another unusual option allows users to mark curtains in the app so the robot will intentionally travel behind them rather than treating the fabric as the boundary of the room.

Warm-Water Mopping and FlexiArm Edge Cleaning
For mopping, the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro uses dual spinning mop pads operating at up to 200 RPM, with up to 14 N of downward pressure.
The robot can mop using warm water, while a redesigned mop pad is intended to retain more moisture and leave less residual water behind on the floor.
Roborock’s FlexiArm technology extends the side brush and edge mop outward to reach along walls, into corners, around furniture legs, and beneath toe kicks. Roborock claims the system can achieve 100% edge and corner coverage under its testing conditions.

Multifunctional Dock Washes Mops at Up to 212°F
The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro comes with a multifunctional dock that handles most of the robot’s routine maintenance automatically.
Its mop-washing system uses water heated to as much as 212°F (100°C), while an intelligent washing mode can adjust water volume and temperature based on mop dirt levels and the areas that were cleaned.
The dock also provides 131°F warm-air mop drying, automatic detergent dispensing, warm-water tank refilling, automatic dustbin emptying, and dock self-cleaning. Roborock says the dust collection system can provide up to 65 days between manual emptying, depending on use.
The dock base is also removable to make occasional manual cleaning easier.

SmartPlan 3.0 and Pet-Focused Features
The Qrevo Edge 3 Pro supports Roborock’s SmartPlan 3.0, which can automatically select cleaning strategies based on the home and the user’s cleaning habits.
Pet owners also get a dedicated Pet Care Hub within the Roborock app, bringing the robot’s pet-related functions together in one location. Other app features include room-specific cleaning settings, schedules, carpet-cleaning options, no-go zones, voice control, and multi-floor mapping.
Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro Price and Availability
Edge 3 Pro sits in the premium end of Roborock’s increasingly large Qrevo lineup. Its combination of 36,000 Pa suction, advanced threshold climbing, retractable LiDAR, automatic mop detachment, and high-temperature dock cleaning also brings several features associated with Roborock’s newest flagship machines into the Qrevo family.
