3i’s P10 Ultra Robot Vacuum Launches

3i has introduced its latest flagship robot vacuum mop combo, the P10 Ultra, which incorporates several technical enhancements and a revised water management approach compared to previous models.

Advanced Cleaning Capabilities
The P10 Ultra is equipped with an 18,000 Pa suction system intended to remove dust and debris from carpet fibers and crevices. The UltraReach™ Mop automatically extends and retracts to address corners and edges, while dual spinning mops operating at 180 RPM remain continuously dampened to tackle dried-on dirt.

Carpet and Obstacle Management

An ultrasonic sensor detects carpets, triggering a boost in suction and raising the mops by approximately 0.4 inches (10.5 mm) to keep carpets dry. The unit uses LiDAR, dual 3D structured light sensors, and an AI camera to create a detailed 3D map of the cleaning area. This setup assists with obstacle avoidance, allowing the robot to navigate around objects such as slippers, cables, and socks, and to adjust its cleaning method as needed.

Automated Self-Maintenance

The robot is supported by an all-in-one self-maintenance station. When docked, the station washes the mops with 140°℉/60℃ hot water and dries them with heated air. It also dispenses detergent, refills the water tank with clean water, and collects dust and debris in a bag that requires disposal approximately every 70 days. This method marks a shift from previous models that used water recycling systems.
